Location: UK-based (Remote/Home Office).
Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum (fixed, dependent on experience) + significant annual incentive scheme.

To accelerate our global growth, we are seeking an ambitious and commercially astute Global Commercial Lead with deep agronomic expertise. This is a pivotal role for a technical sales professional ready to build markets, forge strategic partnerships, and drive the international adoption of our innovative portfolio.
The Opportunity
You will be the commercial engine for our key product lines: pheromones, biopesticides, and biostimulants. This is not just a sales role; it’s a blend of strategic business development, technical consultancy, and market leadership. You will identify and develop new global opportunities, manage key distributor relationships, and provide the agronomic insight that turns product potential into commercial success.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the global commercial strategy for Crop IQ’s sustainable product portfolio.

Identify, negotiate with, and manage key distributor and strategic partner relationships in target regions worldwide.

Provide high-level technical agronomic support and training to partners and key end-users.

Drive market development initiatives to build demand and awareness for biological solutions.

Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform product and commercial strategy.

Collaborate closely with our R&D and marketing teams to champion the voice of the customer and the market.

Achieve and exceed ambitious sales and growth targets.
About You: Experience & Skills

Essential: A minimum of 10 years of proven commercial experience in sales and business development within the agricultural inputs sector.

Essential: A strong technical agronomy background, with demonstrable expertise in sustainable products – particularly pheromones, biopesticides, and/or biostimulants.

A strategic thinker with a hunter mentality, capable of both opening new doors and nurturing long-term partnerships.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage effectively with everyone from farmers to C-suite executives.

Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-driven, with a history of exceeding targets.

Comfortable working autonomously in a remote setting, with the discipline to manage a global territory.

Willingness to travel internationally as required.
