This discreet and user-friendly trap is engineered for both domestic and commercial environments, offering an effective means of reducing pest populations without the use of toxic chemicals.

Product Function

  • Provides reliable monitoring and control of silverfish populations.

  • Helps to protect sensitive materials such as wallpapers, books, archives, textiles, and stored goods.

  • Designed for both preventive use (early detection) and curative use (infestation control).

Description

  • Constructed as a self-contained cardboard station with a strong adhesive base.

  • Includes a lure tablet, formulated with a multi-food attractant to maximize insect attraction.

  • Compact, easy-to-place design suitable for discreet use in homes, libraries, museums, archives, warehouses, and offices.

  • Provides an environmentally friendly alternative to chemical sprays and dusts.

Application Guidelines

  • Placement:

    • Position traps near cracks, crevices, skirting boards, or storage shelves where silverfish activity is suspected.

    • Use the double-sided adhesive strip on the trap’s rear side to affix to vertical surfaces (walls, skirting, or shelving).

  • Density:

    • 1 trap per 25 m² as a monitoring standard.

    • Increase trap density to localize infestation hotspots.

  • Replacement:

    • Every 6 – 8 weeks or sooner if adhesive surface becomes filled with insects or dust.

  • Seasonality:

    • Effective year-round, as silverfish infestations are not seasonal.

Areas of Use
